In addition, users are prohibited from transmitting any code of a destructive nature, sending any unsolicited or unauthorized form of solicitation or spam, deleting or modifying any content and collecting the personal information of other users.
SECTION II - products
Due to the unique one of a kind vintage or antique merchandise, some of the products at the store location and at off-site pop-up market locations may only be offered in one or limited quantities and show imperfections consistent with age and usage. Every effort has been made to display products on the website as accurately as possible in terms of colors and images, however there is no guarantee that products will appear exactly as viewed on a personal computer or other device.
SECTION III - billing information
When a purchase takes place at an off-site pop-up market, users agree to pay and authorize Square, Inc. as third-party payment processor to charge the selected payment method, all applicable fees and taxes in relation to the purchase. All payments and fees are processed in US dollars and are non-refundable. Users are responsible for providing current, complete and accurate billing and contact information.
SECTION IV - right to terminate
stone+gate market reserves the right to permanently or temporarily terminate or suspend a user's access to the website if it is determined that a user has violated any provision of these Terms and Conditions or any applicable laws and regulations. Users may discontinue use and request to cancel a subscription to the list at any time.

To access the stone+gate market website through a mobile application, users must have a compatible mobile device.
